Lake Ridge Bank is excited to search for a Treasury Management Sales Specialist located at our Monona office off Bridge Road!  This position will be responsible for identifing, analyzing, selling, and supporting treasury management services and products to both existing and prospective business clients independently and jointly with Business Relationship Managers and Retail Managers.  Responsibility to build strong mutually beneficial relationships with business clients.  Partner with Business Relationship Managers and Retail Managers to present and onboard new business deposit opportunities. Responsibility to stay current with the latest in treasury management products and services and advocate for the development of new treasury management products and services. Accountability for overall profitability of product offerings.

The Mortgage Loan Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of servicing all Mortgage, Consumer, and Retail loans from origination through final payoff and satisfaction. Servicing can include, but is not limited to, escrow (disbursements, analysis, etc), Secondary Market Investor (SMI) Reporting and Accounting, credit reporting, internal report reviews, loan booking, payment processing, etc. Must be knowledgeable regarding relevant state and federal government regulations, as well as Secondary Market Investor policies and procedures. Provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

This role will also assist the SVP Compliance and outside consultants and regulators to facilitate reviews and examinations.  

We’re seeking TWO reliable and hardworking Summer Groundskeeper! This position will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, upkeep and light maintenance for all of our bank offices, with home offices based in Waunakee or Monona. This position will be required to travel in Dane County and Southern WI.  This position will work 20-30 hours a week with flexibility in scheduling.  Part time or full time hours available!

We are in search of a relationship driven Agriculture & Commercial Relationship Manager!  This role will be responsible for prospecting new agriculture and business relationships, maintain and expand existing customer relationships all while ensuring quality of loans and limiting risk to the bank and shareholders. The location of this position is flexible with a focus in the northern market (Dane, Sauk, Columbia & Dodge counties), depending on candidate preferences and business need.
